Dessert with avocado mousse on a bed of bananas

2 bananas
1 avocado
150 ml oat milk
4-6 tablespoons of agave syrup
goji berries for garnish
A cool dessert ideal for many different times: a tasty snack for the kids, a delicious break for adults, a dessert for a dinner with friends or just a cuddle for sheer indulgence ... healthy and full of energy!
Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces, then whisk it into the glass using an immersion blender, after adding the vegetable milk and a natural sweetener (agave, maple syrup or cereal malt).
Blend until a smooth and vaporous mousse.
Slice bananas and arrange on dessert plates, then sprinkle with avocado mousse and garnish with some goji berries to enrich this dessert and make a more attractive presentation.
This dessert is prepared at the time, since both bananas and avocados tend to oxidize quickly. If they are served fresh, you can keep them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
