Ingredients

For 8-10 pancakes
200 ml of rice milk (or other vegetable milk)
140 g of flour
1 teaspoon of raw cane sugar
2 ripe bananas
1 pinch of salt

oil for greasing a pan

 

Instructions

Crush two ripe bananas with the prongs of a fork, then add the vegetable milk and the other ingredients.

Mix thoroughly all the ingredients until well blended.

Heat a pan with a thin layer of oil and pour the mixture a little at a time, forming about 8-10 pancakes.

When bubbles start to form on the surface, turn the pancakes and cook them until golden on the other side, continuing until all of the mixture is over.

Serve the pancakes with maple syrup or the jam to your liking.
