Vanilla rice pudding with berries

For 6 people

500 ml of rice milk (or other vegetable milk)

1 teaspoon of agar agar powder

2 tablespoons of agave syrup

1 pinch of vanilla powder

3 drops of lemon essential oil bio for alimentary use

berries to serve


A simple, light and delicious dessert!
Great for a relaxing break or to end a meal.


Heat the vegetable milk with a teaspoon of agar agar powder in a saucepan.

Add the agave syrup and stir.

Let it simmer on low heat a few minutes, add a pinch of vanilla powder and some lemon drops, mix and extinguish the flame.

Pour into individual dessert bowls and refrigerate for a few hours.

Serve with berries.
