For 4 people: 4-5 ounces of seitan in pieces (not sliced), 1 onion, parsley, basil, 2 tbsp oatmeal (or other cereal, preferably whole grain), 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, bread crumbs, oat milk (or soy or rice milk), 2-3 tablespoons whole wheat flour (or rice), olive oil
In a "robot garbage disposals" put the seitan cut into large chunks, sliced onion in 2-3 pieces, corn flakes and chop finely. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and add the sesame seeds, chopped parsley and basil leaves coarsely broken.
Add a little milk and flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture.
Roll the meatballs a little mashed (about 1 tablespoon of dough for meatball), dip them in the breadcrumbs and place them in a baking pan previously greased with olive oil.
Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn the meatballs, so dorino on both sides.
