For 4-6 people

1/2 liter of apple juice

1 pinch of salt

2 tablespoons agave syrup or cereal malt

1 teaspoon of agar agar

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel or 2 drops of lemon essential oil bio for alimentary use

2 clementines


Peel clementines and divide the cloves in small bowls or cups in which it will be served dessert.

Heat apple juice in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt, a couple of tablespoons of agave syrup or malt and a level teaspoon of agar agar powder.

Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.

Allow to simmer gently for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and add the grated lemon peel or a few drops of essential oil, organic food to perfume this delicate dessert.

Pour into small bowls or cups with clementines and let cool for a few hours, this will rassoderà until you have the same texture of a traditional pudding.
