Green rice arancini

Ingredients

For 4 people
300 grams of rice profilee
1 leek
1 Zzcchini
120 g spinach (fresh or frozen)
oil
salt
gomasio

Instructions

Clean and finely chop all the vegetables. In a large saucepan, sauté the leek fairies, add the zucchini, stir and add the spinach. Cover with water and cook until the zucchini have softened. Turn off the heat and blend it all with an immersion blender.
