200 g dark chocolate 100% vegan
60 g of puffed amaranth (or other cereal of your choice: quinoa, millet, spelt, rice etc.)
a few tablespoons of vegetable milk
Simple and light snack to be enjoyed at any time.
We offer two different ways to serve him: a more rustic and another most wanted, that you can choose depending on the occasion.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and, if necessary, dilute it with a few tablespoons of vegetable milk (depending on the consistency you want).
Pour the puffed cereals into the melted chocolate, stir gently, let it cool a little bit but not cool completely otherwise the chocolate solidifies.
When the mixture is lukewarm, formed into balls that you will leave to cool completely.
For special occasions you can serve them in Golden or coloured baking cups.
For a more rustic and less laborious preparation, Alternatively you can form balls of squares or chunks; in this case, roll out the mixture still warm on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper forming a layer of approximately 2 or 3 cm thick, leveling thus the surface with the back of a spoon.
Let it cool very well, then chop into pieces and serve.
