Mafalde with mushrooms in cream sauce

400 g of mafalde (long pasta of durum wheat)
500 g of mushrooms
200 ml cream 100% vegetable (soy, oat, rice, almond, etc.)
1 clove of garlic
some sprig of parsley
extra virgin olive oil
pepper
salt
A simple, fast and tasty pasta!
Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Heat the garlic in the oil and add the mushrooms.
