Strawberry mousse

For 6 people
500 ml soy milk, preferably with vanilla
500 g strawberries
1 teaspoon of agar agar powder
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon wheat malt
Heat soy milk with a teaspoon of agar agar powder in a saucepan.
Leave on the heat for a couple of minutes from when taking the boil, then turn off the heat and let cool slightly, but cool it completely otherwise solidifies.
Add the malt, lemon juice and strawberries, then mix everything together.
Pour into individual dessert bowls and refrigerate for a few hours.
Before serving, Garnish each bowl with a whole strawberry.
