Quinoa with vegetables

For 4 people

300 g quinoa
300 g onions
300 g carrots
300 g cabbage
whole sea salt
olive oil cold pressed
soy sauce (shoyu)


Quinoa should be washed well in running water and boiled for about 20 minutes, until the rings tend to detach themselves from the bean.

Apart from preparing the vegetables in a pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt.

Cut the carrots in half lengthwise, then in half-washers (if you are small doubles the amount and cut directly into rounds) and add them to the pan.
Finally cut the Savoy cabbage leaves first lengthwise then into small pieces by adding them after 10 minutes so that they cook less.
