Quinoa with vegetables

Ingredients

For 4 people

300 g quinoa
300 g onions
300 g carrots
300 g cabbage
whole sea salt
olive oil cold pressed
soy sauce (shoyu)

Instructions

Quinoa should be washed well in running water and boiled for about 20 minutes, until the rings tend to detach themselves from the bean.
