For 4 people
300 g penne or fusilli
80 g of Bladder Campion (Silene Vulgaris also called 'schioppettini' ) *
80 g of dandelion leaves *
1 cup tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic
cold pressed oil
whole sea salt
black peppercorns
* natural herbs must be harvested in places far from the roads and from polluted areas
The Association 'Libera' produces an excellent organic pasta, on the Sicilian land confiscated from the mafia and assigned in cultivation to worker cooperatives.
Prepare the sauce by washing and whittling the herbs, in a saucepan, heat a little oil and a clove of garlic, finely chopped, add a pinch of salt, herbs and a little tomato sauce.
Do you go for 2 or 3 minutes.
Adjust with salt and pepper.
Season the pasta cooked al dente and serve hot.
