Cercavo una ricetta di Salsa Bernese vegana, ma questa è una Salsa Olandese, non Bernese. La Bernese ha la stessa base, ma al posto del succo di limone è aromatizzata con una riduzione di aceto, vino bianco, dragoncello e scalogno. Buona giornata, Vittoria
