Pomegranate dessert bowls with whipped cream

For 2 cups
1 large pomegranate
2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup
whipped 100% vegetable soybean
Grainy pomegranate dividing it into two parts and patting each half upside down with the back of a spoon to loosen the grub screws (on Youtube you can find several videos that explain in detail how to shell a pomegranate in the easiest and fastest).
Since the grains of Pomegranate are slightly tart, you can sweeten them adding maple syrup or agave syrup, mixing then everything carefully and gently.
