Summer cherry dessert

200 g of cherries
200 g yogurt 100% vegetable (soy, rice etc.)
100% vegan oatmeal cookies
2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
Wash the cherries and cut them into large pieces, removing the kernels.
Place them on the bottom of a shot glass, then cover with vegetable yogurt: mix it well before use, so that it has a smooth consistency; for a sweeter taste you can also add a little maple syrup, mixing carefully.
