Miso soup with tofu

Add cold water and bring to a boil.
Cut the onion and add it to the boiling broth, along with tofu.
Cook 3-5 minutes until the onion is soft and cooked.
Reduce the flame to a minimum.
Dilute the miso (1 teaspoon per person or per cup of broth), add to the broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with parsley or arugula.
