Bulgur with tomatoes and chives

1 cup of bulgur per person-1 ripe tomato 1 onion per person-per person-1 bunch of chives-vegetable stock cube (no MSG)-olive oil
Wash well under running water the bulgur.
Put it in a pot with a quantity of water equal to twice its volume (2 cups of water for each cup of bulgur). Add the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and allow 15-20 minutes over low heat to Simmons.
Meanwhile, fry the sliced onions in a nonstick pan with a little water and olive oil.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the chives.
Turn off the heat and let stand 5 minutes bulgur.
Drain the bulgur, pour it into the pan with the onion and add the tomato, chives and olive oil.
