Pasta with pink vegan sauce

1 brick of tofu
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
passed
soy sauce (shoyu)
vegetable cream
extra virgin olive oil
pasta
Fry tofu cut into cubes about 1 cm per side with the oil and shoyu sauce until roasted.
Prepare the sauce: fry the garlic and tomato chunks.
After 5 mins add the passata and cook.
Meanwhile put the kettle on.
When the pasta is halfway through cooking, put the cream in the sauce.
Drain the pasta, add the sauce and tofu.
Enjoy your meal!
