Appetizer with pumpkin seeds

3 or 4 handfuls of fresh pumpkin seeds

Pull seeds fresh from the pumpkin using a spoon.
Remove removing the fibrous part and rinse them well.
Arrange on a large baking sheet evenly in a single layer.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 150° c.
Remove the baking dish and add salt to the surface when they are hot.
