Rice with tofu and sesame

For 2 people:
160 g rice
2 tofumini "al verde"
50 g sesame seeds
6 zucchini flowers
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Cook the rice in salted water.
Sauté in a pan with a little oil the sliced courgette flowers, then add the crushed tofumini and sesame.
Brown well on low heat, finally drain the rice and season with the contents of the pan.
