Pasta shells with pumpkin and rocket

300 g of pasta shells (or Sardinian dumplings)
500 g pumpkin clean
1 onion
extra virgin olive oil
a handful of arugula
salt
Lightly sauté the onion in the oil, add the pumpkin and then simmer until grinding it.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta and add it to the pumpkin, making the whole thing on fire.
After placing the food on the plates, add the arugula chopped by hand.
The rocket softens the sweetness of pumpkin.
