1 cup of oatmeal small
2 or 3 tablespoons of malt (barley or other choice, optional ingredient)
nuts like cashews (or almonds or hazelnuts, etc.)
dried fruit like apricots (or raisins, dates etc.)
rice milk to taste
Soak a handful of dried apricots in a glass with some lukewarm water.
Pour into a cup oats and add the milk, just enough to soften the flakes.
Coarsely chop a handful of dried fruit.
Chop the apricot squeezed slightly.
Stir with a spoon and add the malt.
Place the mixture on parchment paper to form cookies and bake at 170° C for 15/20 minutes.
Great for breakfast or a snack, there are a few days in the refrigerator. (Thanks to Jeannette e Yari)
