300 g of dry bread
vanilla soy milk or rice milk
cereal malt
cinnamon powder
raisins
2 apples
Put the dried bread soaked in milk plant.
Mix with malt and a little cinnamon (you can also add cornstarch, I didn't put it and the cake had a good consistency).
Add raisins soaked in warm water, pour into the Pan and arrange the Apple slices.
Bake at 180° C for about 40 minutes.
