Quinoa en Salpicon

quinoa (one cup coffee pod person)
2 red onions
juice of one lemon
fresh mint
fresh parsley
1 peeled cucumber and cheese
cherry tomatoes or sliced fragolini
fresh chilli or ground

Cook the quinoa in
