Cake with bananas and apples

250 g of mashed ripe bananas
250 g of finely chopped apples
50 g chopped walnuts
100 ml sunflower oil
100 g raisins
75 g rolled oats
150 g wholemeal wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
Mix well all the ingredients, so you get a soft dough.
Grease a small baking dish (diameter 25 cm) and bake at 190° C for 50-60 minutes.
