Banana cream

1 Apple
1 banana
1 pinch of salt
2 or 3 teaspoons of raw cane sugar
100 g of dried soy beans
Soak the soybeans at least 8 hours and boil it.
Pass the bean with the mixer in a pan, adding a little boiling water (not on cooking the beans) and add the mashed banana with a fork, a pinch of salt, stir and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
Grate the Apple and mix in the soy cream, blend for 1 minute at a medium/high power.
Pour into a glass jar and just when is cold close it with lid and store in refrigerator.
