Quiche with leek and curried tofu

For the dough
200 g flour type 2
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
9 tablespoons ice cold water
1 pinch of salt
For the filling
3 leeks
3 tablespoon oil
1 pinch of salt
300 g of tofu
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry
Cut the leeks into thin slices and toss in pan for a few minutes with a pinch of salt and curry powder until tender.
Cut the tofu into mashed by adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix it with leeks in pan.
Work quickly as the flour with oil, salt and the water very cold, until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Roll it out very thin on a sheet of baking paper and put it in a cake pan.
Fill the base of pastry with the filling of leeks and tofu and bake at 180° C for 50 minutes.
