3 slices of seitan
1 spoonful of Nori seaweed flakes
soy sauce (shoyu) gomashio cool
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Grease a pan with a little oil and sliced onion fartei dried.

Flavored with shoyu and gomasio and serve.
