500 g cherry tomatoes
2 slices of tofu
10 walnuts
parsley
basil
salt
pepper
extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl, crumble the bread slices, add the tomatoes, cut into wedges, diced tofu (raw or passed in the pan for a few minutes), chopped walnuts, some parsley, basil, salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil.
