Vanilla apple pie

Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry, frozen (make sure no eggs)
3 apples
3 cups vanilla pudding (made with soy milk)
soy milk
icing sugar

Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and lightly prick the bottom with a fork.
In a bowl mix the vanilla pudding with a few tablespoons of soy milk, and then roll it out into the base of the cake.
Strip the apples and cut them into thin slices, place them in a circular motion over the cream until you have completed the entire pan.
Informed the cake in the oven at 180° c.
When the dough is golden brown, pull it out, wait until it cools down and, before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Io non uso il latte di soya, metto direttamente il composto del budino di soya così, mi sembra che venga bene lo stesso.
