Vegan custard

Ingredients for 1 or 2 people
400 ml soy milk
60 g sugar
20 g soy flour
1 pinch of agar agar
zest of 1 organic Lemon
Mix sugar and flour and then add the soy milk gradually, stirring constantly.
After eliminating every lump, add just a pinch of agar agar and a whole organic lemon zest.
Mix and pour into a saucepan in which they will return to a low heat stir with wooden spoon until mixture thickens-about 10 minutes-(Note: to get a better density is sufficient to cool the cream because the action of the agar agar is expressed raffled).
Before use remove the lemon zest.
Garnish then to taste or not garnish for nothing (i.e. above the cakes).
