Ingredients

1/2 kg of beans-2 carrots-2 onions-2 ripe tomatoes 1/2 cup celery-1-olive oil-Salt and pepper

Instructions

Put soaked beans for an entire night.
Before using them rinse them under running water and place in a saucepan with about a few litres of water.
Slice and chop all the vegetables, put them in the pot and add the oil, salt and pepper.
Cook for about an hour and a half or two and serve hot.
