Oatmeal leek soup

2 tablespoons of oatmeal
1/2 medium sized onion
2 leeks with chopped leaves minutely
4 cups boiling water
1/2 tablespoon oil
salt
parsley
Finely chopped leek and onion sauté, broil supported; add half a cup of water and salt, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the boiling water, add oatmeal, previously toasted and simmer for 30 mins.
