Sweet and sour Brussels sprouts

About twenty Brussels sprouts

Clean Brussels sprouts, by cutting in half the larger ones.

Pour the liquid over the Brussels sprouts, bring gently to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, taking care that it does not lack water.
