Cream of fava beans and chicory

For 4 people:
200 g of dried fava beans, shelled
800 gr of chicory
half a cup of tomato sauce (to taste)
garlic
black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Keep the fava beans to soak overnight.
Cook covered with 2 fingers of water and cook until they are mashed.
Meanwhile clean the chicory and bake, steam, and then put in a pan with garlic and oil.
When the beans are ready, place them in a blender, add the tomato, salt and oil and possibly some water, then blend until creamy not too dense.
Served in the pot the beans and the other the chicory and sprinkle all over with freshly ground pepper.
