Soy steaks in sundried tomato sauce

4-5 sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons salted capers
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple aider vinegar
salt

Soak the soy chops in a little water or vegetable stock.
Drain well and squeeze.
Put them on the grill for a few minutes.
When cooked cut into pieces and keep warm.
Rinse the capers and squeeze.
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, capers, garlic and parsley.
Prepare the sauce in a pan. Heat the oil and add all the ingredients chopped.
Cook on low heat for a minute, then add the vinegar and let evaporate for a few seconds.
Turn off the heat and pour the hot sauce over the steaks.
Cook for a few minutes, keeping warm.
Serve with slices of lightly toasted bread by adding another handful of fresh parsley.
