Ingredients

mix of berries (fresh or frozen)

organic apple juice, with no added sugar

You need the special molds for icicles

Instructions

100% natural. Raw. No sugar added! :-)

Of course you can also use other fruit, cut into pieces, such as watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, apricots, plums, bananas, kiwis, pears, apples, etc.
 

Put the berries inside the molds for the icicles, filling them up to the rim.
Pour the apple juice between the interstices in the molds until filled almost completely.
Insert the sticks and put the molds in the freezer for a few hours, making sure to leave them standing so that the liquid does not spill out from them before turning into ice.
Simple and healthy, will appeal to adults and children! :-)

li faccio spesso; per cambiare li ho fatti anche con lo yogurt di soia (bianco e senza zucchero) e anche così vengono molto buoni...

Io, invece dei ghiaccioli, faccio il gelato: ho sempre in freezer 1 banana a fettine che frullo con minipimer con altra frutta fresca, oppure cacao, farina di frutta secca o quello che si vuole. Cremosissimo!!!
