100 grams of peeled almonds
90 g of tofu
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of carob flour (or sweet cocoa)
dry grated coconut
Finely chop the almonds in food processor and place them in a bowl, then add the tofu equally chopped, sugar, and locust bean gum.
Stir well until all the ingredients are not mixed; then make into balls and put them in the grated coconut.
Served cold.
If you want you can also use as an unusual aperitif-for those who love the sweet before meals. (Thanks to Lattuga)
