Pasta with pine nuts and seitan

For 1 person: 80 g of pasta (penne) - 20 g pine nuts - ca. 100 g of grilled seitan-little oil - chili (optional)


While cook the pasta in boiling salted water, saute pine nuts in oil-with a pinch of cayenne pepper, if you like.
After about a minute, add the seitan, cut into small cubes and cook briefly on everything, being careful not to let it burn.
Drain the penne cooked al dente, add the dressing and serve.

viene meglio se fate il soffritto con un poco di aglio tritato. aggiungete poi il seitan a cubetti, i pinoli, scaglie di peperoncino fresco e rosolate il tutto nell'olio. sfumate con un goccio di vino bianco e lasciate cuocere per un bel po'!
