For 4 people: 4 zucchini-2 or 3 tomato-oregano-salt-tofu or vegetable slices
Washed and boiled for 10 minutes the zucchini.
Cut them in two lengthwise and remove the Interior forming of mid-concave.
The pulp removed must be chopped and then mixed with tomato oregano and salt.
Take a baking dish, cover with parchment paper (so you don't use oil), place the half zucchini, salt and fill with the mixture prepared with tomatoes.
Cover with crumbled tofu or vegetable slices and put to bake for about 15-20 minutes.
