1 liter of vinegar, preferably white-50 gr of hot peppers
Wash the peppers, dry and cut into small pieces.
Then put them to soak in vinegar.
Let stand at least a month.
After this time, strain it with a kitchen towel.
You can use it for salads in general, but is particularly suitable for the potato salad.
