1 cauliflower
1 jar of mixed pickles
200 g of pitted green olives
200 g of pitted black olives
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 pinch of salt
This salad should be prepared some hours earlier.
Clean cauliflower by removing the leaves, wash and divide into florets.
Boil in lightly salted water, drain when it is al dente and set aside to cool.
Toss the cauliflower with the other ingredients and seasoned with vinegar, oil and salt.
