Marinated tofu with ginger, olives and capers

400 g of tofu to the natural
2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger
4 tablespoons pitted olives
1 tablespoon salted capers
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons water
Cut the tofu into cubes and chop the ginger, then arrange on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and water, mix well and leave to marinate for a few hours.
After marinating place the pan in the oven at 180-200° C for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, having quickly rinsed capers under running water, prepare the chopped olives and capers.
Once cooked in the oven, add the chopped capers and olives to tofu mix carefully.
