For 4 people: 400 g short pasta-300 g mushrooms-1 onion-50 g pine nuts-1 bunch of parsley-soy cream-oil-salt-pepper


Heat the water for the pasta. Meanwhile, cut thinly the onion and Brown for a while on a tour of oil till it becomes soft.
Add the mushrooms previously cut into slices, salt and pepper and Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are nice soft and golden.
When the pasta is almost cooked, add the mushrooms and cream, enough to cover them (but not so much to drown!) and pine nuts.
Mix well and let it mix the various ingredients together for a few minutes.
Before you drain the pasta, add the parsley sauce and stir again.
Pour the dough directly on the plates and add the sauce.
