Avocado pâté

Ingredients

For 4 people
1 ripe avocado
3 or 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pinch chili powder
1 pinch of salt

Instructions

A simple preparation, quick, tasty and also with some velleity of exotic sophistication that will delight even your most demanding guests! : o)

When it's hot put it in the fridge for a few hours before you eat it (it will be even more delicious!) and, to avoid oxidation, sprinkle with lemon juice and store it in an airtight container. Before serving, carefully reshuffle it to revitalize.

 

Peel avocado and cut the flesh into chunks.
Mash with the prongs of a fork and combine all ingredients until soft and fragrant.
Serve on toast or use it as a sauce for vegetables (such as asparagus).
