170 g flour-115 gr margarine-50-60 g brown sugar-2 ripe medium bananas
For the topping: sugar or 30 g cocoa, malt, orange juice
Sieve the flour into a large bowl.
Meanwhile, melt margarine in a saucepan over low heat and add the sugar.
Mash the bananas and mix it with the flour and cocoa, and finally add the sugar dissolved in margarine.
If the dough is too firm, add very little (but just barely) soy milk.
Transfer the dough in deep moulds for muffins and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees C.
Muffins should be consistent and answer a gentle pressure under your fingers.
Let them cool by putting them on a mezzanine level, like a grid, since it must cool down sitting on the ground, otherwise it droop over.
Cover them with icing sugar and a splash of melted margarine. Or, setacciateci over a cream and cocoa you have prepared before stirring malt with a little orange juice, and you have left in the fridge for a while to cool down, before holding the muffins.
Thanks to Benny & Mirka Baù P.S. Se vi piace cucinare i dolci, potete sempre rimpiazzare le uova con le banane. E' un segreto, ma non ho potuto tenerlo solo per me.
