Sweet and sour onions (2)

24 Pearl onions
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (corn or sesame)
Sauce:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice vinegar (or apples)
5 or 6 tablespoons of water
This sauce is also suitable to prepare marinated vegetables
Put the oil in a large frying pan, covering evenly.
