Strawberry tofu

For 2 people: 500 g of strawberries-300 grams of tofu-3 apricots-50 gr of sugar-some mint leaves
Blend most of strawberries with tofu and sugar, then put the cream in the fridge for at least an hour or until ready to serve. Then divide the mixture into 2 bowls, spread out over the remaining strawberries (better to use smaller) cut in half lengthwise and sliced apricots, then garnish with mint and serve.
