Bulgur tabouleh

For 1 person: 100 g of bulgur-trocadero lettuce or kind-4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley-4 tablespoons chopped Mint-1 finely chopped onion-diced tomatoes 4-lemon-olive oil-salt-pepper
Cook the bulgur in vegetable broth for 10 minutes or until soft, drain and place in a bowl.
Add parsley, whole part Mint, onions (raw or fried, as you like) and the raw tomato into small pieces after they are mixed with the oil and the lemon juice (do it in 4 tablespoons or so).
Add the lettuce leaves are crushed, salt and pepper and mix.
Pour the mixture into a Bowl wide or, better, in a shallow dish covered with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve maybe accompanied by a sauce made from lemon juice and a little oil.
