For 1 person: 2 handfuls of dried yellow soy beans, a bunch of parsley, 1 tablespoon of gomashio, buckwheat flour, a sprig of Rosemary, 1 slice of lemon, 1 teaspoon chili paste, 1 to 1 tablespoon of linseed oil, sunflower oil.
