Olives with citrus

For 2 persons: 100 gr black olives, 1 lemon 1 small and 1-orange-feels so good-/2 teaspoon Fennel seed-olive oil
Soak in water black olives and place them in a bowl.
Grate the rind of the Orange and the lemon.
Combine everything with olives, add the fennel seeds and lemon juice, then season with extra virgin olive oil. Mix thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator before serving (or in a cool place) for a few hours.
